It was my first visit to the dentist in some time and I will definitely be going back to this location. The office staff was so nice and handled a fully lobby with ease. When I was brought back to start my exam, they walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Benjamin at the desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was very nice, but I never got her name. I had a long wait, but Dr. Katz has such an outgoing and friendly personality that she made me forget how long I waited.
Dr Katz was amazing! She was very caring and kept checking on me throughout the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable & she is very knowledgeable which also helped with my comfort level. I know people may have had a bad experience with a “chain” dental company, but each office is different. Every person in this office was very friendly & went out of their way to make sure you have what you need & know exactly what to expect moving forward.
Very knowledgeable and professional at there profession. I'm not sure if a person could get better treatment. But one can definitely get a better price. A visit to the dentist can be stressful thing. I never felt uncomfortable.
This is by the best dentist I've been to in Florida. I've never felt so comfortable and relaxed. There's always so much anxiety with going to the dentist. I went to 2 different dentist offices prior to this visit and I didn't feel as at ease as I did at Aspen Dental. Thank you to the individuals who took care of me and made me feel welcomed as well helping me create a plan to love my smile again.
