The dentist and the hygienist were absolutely amazing! Then I went to the front and was given a treatment plan by a woman that seemed very unhappy. The plan was two pages long and $9500. I was told the dentist would not just fix my broken tooth and partial that they needed to do everything. I was then given a iPad that had financing options. This review is under My Husbands name however it’s not from him but myself… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…….. It’s been nothing short of a nightmare… I will be paying for the next 2 years for a product I don’t have as well as still waiting for a phone call from the office manager I was promised 6 weeks ago…. Save yourself the heartache and your wallet and stay away!!!!!!!
Due to computer problems, I have run into several snags that were beyond annoying. There is one person at the desk that has no people skills. When I was at the desk to announce my arrival, and met this woman who behave as if assisting me was a burden. However, the dental work has been excellent.
Today I was able to get my dentures and other than the fact that I had to set for an hour almost in the waiting room I was very happy with the outcome of the dentures. I like the dentist and all the ladies that were there that worked with me were excellent. I would recommend Aspen dental in Oneonta to anyone who asked me if they needed a dentist.
I arrived 20 minutes early for my 1st. appt. to be told that they had called me that morning to reschedule the appt. there had been no call from them, as I was home the entire morning.Then she comes back and said they had made 2 calls to me. Why 2 calls to cancel an appt? So of course as soon as I walked in the house I checked messages on my machine NONE from Aspen, I checked all calls that had come in NONE from Aspen.
