I have been waiting on this location I mean Taylor SC to call me back about my appointment to see an oral surgeon still have not heard from them yet.They are not professional they don't communicate with you at all. They are very kind and welcoming. Each time I came in, they remembered my name and I didn't have to deal with the check in process. Wait time to be called to the back is almost nonexistent. They work with you when it comes to payment. Very good service. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new dentist.
This was my first visit with Aspen Dental but I have had a lot of prior dental and felt like I was in great hands. The staff was both knowledgeable and professional. The hygienist, Kristen, made me feel right at home. I live an hour and half away and would gladly make the drive to this office for my dental care.
I cannot sing their praises enough! I had put off going to the dentist for Entirely way too long...and was terrified of having to go. Everyone there from the moment I walked in until I left..made it as painless as possible. I still have plenty of work left to go to get my smile right, but actually feel confident in the path and that I have a skilled, caring team of providers to make it a reality. Please, please, please...if you need dental work, this is the place to go!!!
First Visit: Everyone was Great! The office was clean and spacious and they were on time... didn't even get all my forms filled out before they called me back for x-rays! The you woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful...(she called my insurance to verify information about my coverage) Deshaunte, the x-ray tech was amazingly patient.
