Update: I got my immediate dentures and they done such a great job on them. I went in for adjustments today and it always blows me away how nice they are there. The woman who adjusted them for me was by far the sweetest one yet. Also I called this morning and they got me in straight away which was awesome because I was so uncomfortable. I see some people have trouble with Aspen but they have always treated me so well and up front about cost. I still stand behind my 5 star rating. The people at Aspen Dental are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. They explained everything to me and answered every question I had. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist, but they made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with my visit ! 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone!
The Dr was very informative. Told me the best route to go !! Insurance lady was horrible!!! Would not work with me on both insurances we have. We had $3091.00 on one insurance and at least $2000.00 on the other. Getting bottom teeth pulled and we still owed over $1000.00!! NO THANK YOU!! They were suppose to email me the X-rays, we paid for. Did not get them! Yes, I checked spam and trash !! Another dentist office sent for X-rays twice. Still did not get them. Aspen Dental is really a great place to get your dental work taken care of. I like that they can do everything right there which saves a lot of time. My first visit was a little long but they were able to do a lot and I’m getting my procedure started tomorrow which is great. Highly recommend Aspen Dental. Every.person there was friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing.
I was more than pleased with the service and care at Aspen Dental. They were very thorough with my son's exam and cleaning. Everything was well explained and they went over any concerns that we had. I am glad that I chose them and will happily continue using their facility. Check in was simple and all staff was very friendly.
