The exam, meeting the DDS. was superb. The they treated me and explained things was excellent. However, me having to wait 30 minutes to start checking out when one of those staff wasn't doing anything was horrible. I was in the check out area over an hour. This is in my opinion, very unacceptable. Plus I found an error in the calculations and brought to her attention. It was over a $500 error. That's is huge. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Great, caring group of professionals. Accurate diagnosis. Downside has been getting a second appointment and getting a different treatment plan. I have called back twice and explained the situation and was promised a return call that I have not received.
I have not been to a dentist in several years. Too busy raising kids. Every one was friendly and professional. They were very thorough. I received very good care and have appointment to return soon to get my care caught up and resolved. I would highly recommend.
So unbelievably happy I found you! Everyone there today was great! I was in such despair over the prices I had been given from other places! See you next Friday! One star because I have to click something. I wish I would have read reviews prior to picking them but I have horrible dental anxiety and have heard they are good with people who have anxiety. And now my anxiety is worse since going there. I had a check up which they told me I needed all these fillings and a root canal with 2 crown placements. Had my root canal.
