I had to bring my mom in because her bottom denture kept coming loose. They walked us through all of our options, helped us out with the finance end and she will be going next week to see the wax version of her new teeth. Everything went smoothly. We only wish they could have fitted what she already had, but in the end, getting new dentures was what was needed. Thanks Aspen Dental for all if your help.
I had to wait for a long time for my appointment. I did not like it there and I do not think I will go back. The bathroom was not clean garbage overflowing in there. The techs did not speak clear English. It was frustrating. Because it was a free visit I was just told I needed to see a specialist and I could go. All in all not a good experience.
EFFFFFFFF the absolute heck out of Aspen Dental. They are NOT in your corner. I got sent home from one job and had to call out of another because of a cracked molar that half fell out. So already a financial loss. I have been in so much pain and nausea for the last 24 hours. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment with the office on the boulevard. Absolute horrible experience I came to have a tooth pulled as I have been SUFFERING for over a month my husband has been a patient for years - only to be told no they will not pull just one tooth trying to FORCE ME into having multiple removed at once - the others have no issues as far as pain or need to be pulled at this time - the fact that these people have allowed anyone to leave while they are in extreme pain and honestly full of horrid anxiety in the first place is really just deplorable. After a hour wait then xrays,, they then wanted us to see a oral surgeon. We just want a set of dentures...that's it. No oral surgeon, no extra fees, just a set of dentures. After wearing dentures for 15 years and no teeth I don't much care about a oral surgeon or what they want to do. Wasted time :( everything is always about money rather then the clients wants/needs. Their times and appts are definitely not Worker friendly
