I went in for an abscess tooth. The staff was great and a plan was made to get my teeth in better shape. My only complaint is the outrageous prices. I will be able to get much of the work done but there's no way I can afford a partial or implants which is disappointing.
I have had horrible dentistry experiences in the past. I was nervous when I walked in this morning. I had broken two teeth & was in horrible pain. From the time I arrived, everyone was warm and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and explained every step of all procedures being done. The Dental assistant was training a new girl, and I was impressed at the way she explained the job and particulars of the work. The Office Manager was very professional. I came in as a walk-in and dispute being very busy, they were great enough to get me in and do tests with me. Sevda did a great job at getting me to my room and helping me out with everything. The pricing and everything was cheaper than I expected! Both the hygienist and doctors did an amazing job explaining everything to me.
Aspen dental got me in the same day. I called with a bad toothache. The whole staff was friendly and very dedicated to the job they were doing. They gave me antibiotics to get the infection down and told me to come back in three days and they will pull the tooth that was bothering me so bad. I will gladly rate them. 5 stars for not beating around the Bush. About what was wrong with my tooth and their professionalism in getting everything took care of
Haven't been to a Dentist in over 10 years. From the first visit to Aspen I felt at ease. The staff are very friendly. Everyone smiles. Sevola and Dr. Hendrix are the best. I look forward to my future appointments. Marcus
