Had to pay another dentist 496.00 for a service that would have been free, but they refused to get me in to honor their poor work. And look new tooth fell out last night. And they won't honor fixing it. Bad work, bad dentist office!!!!! Glue again for me. Don't have 500 to fix with another dentist. I'm terrified every day that another tooth will fall out, especially at work. I highly recommend Aspen dental! I have never felt so comfortable and understood in a dentist office until today. Every one was so friendly and Ginger especially made me feel comfortable during my filling.
I had my first appt in Prescott valley today and I had a very good experience. The whole staff was exceptional in helping me with my dental care. Desiree was so good at her job. Letting me know exactly what do do. She is a very caring person. She made it very easy to seat up my next appt. Thanks Aspen Dental.
I feel like I made a mistake by going to this facility, the front desk person are rude and when I asked about a billing issue she basically called me a liar, stating I was already aware of the change. After the procedure I went to the pharmacy expecting to recieve 2 prescriptions and the dentist decided to cancel the antibiotics without informing me . I suppose they don't consider customer service to be important.
The Aspen Dental team in Prescott Valley has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Having avoided the dentist for years due to financial constraints and battling mental health, I was extremely anxious about my visit.
