This office is apparently a scam. Charged me over $8500 for service upfront then said they can't do it and gave me referrals to get what needed done elsewhere. Gave me a new quote that was $5000 less than the original but have not refunded ANYTHING. I requested communication be done via email so I have everything in writing because I started to feel uneasy about this office. Wonderful experience. I haven’t gone to the dentist since 2017 and there was no judgement. I have bad anxiety so I was very nervous and could not think thoughts through. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and PATIENT. I was able to get my tooth pulled the same day and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
Dr Shah and medical staff were wonderful. However the finance part have been unable to file my insurance which means I had to pay out of pocket. My insurance company assure me that no claims have been filed. This is forcing me to search for another dentist.
Worst experience. when you have an issue they argue with you. You prepay for your treatment upfront and you make sure with the finance lady or whoever they have in office that you have no additional money due for anything they say nope your all PAID in full ...no more money owed, you paid in full for your proceduce .. 3 x the office assures you that you paid for everything and dont have to pay for anything else... then you get home get a letter in the mail 2 weeks later requesting more money after you were assured that... read more
