I came in as a walk in emergency broken tooth. The front desk lady was friendly and very professional. She went and spoke with someone and told me to have a seat, explaining it would be a bit of a wait, because there were 3 people ahead of me. I accepted the help and sat down. While waiting I watched people come into the office and she was so good with everyone! Then I was called into billing and this lady was just as good. Was in pain. Haven’t slept in 2 days. They saw me last Friday as emergency walk in. What I thought was gum pain turned out to be another cracked tooth. Temporary crown has lessen the pain significantly. Able to sleep. Yes I recommend Aspen Cicero

The dentist is amazing I had 5 teeth pulled today numbed me really good to where I felt no pain! When I’m he put the dentures in I cried I can actually smile without being embarrassed with cracked nasty teeth! Aspen is number 1

I would 💯% recommend Aspen Dental. My daughter had to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth and one other molar removed. We had the consultation appointment and made the appointment for it to be done. I had to take my daughter to the ER that night because of the pain she was in. I called Aspen the next morning and they got her in (yes I had to drive to another office but I didn’t care) that day on the Doctors lunch hour. That is a great office!

The staff is super friendly, Tara got me in for X-rays before I could even fill out my registration forms. She took me to my next room where I continued filling out my forms and then the hygienist Morgan pops in. She asks some questions and tells me what will be happening next. I finally get the forms done, and Morgan got to work on inspecting the condition of my mounstrous mouth. What a relief to have a great experience at a dental office especially after having the worst at different dental office. I was very impressed with everyone that I had dealings with from the person taking my X-rays, DA-Danielle, Hygienist-Morgan and primarily Dr. Alvarez. He was friendly, caring and professional even though I knew he was super busy. Took his time with my exam, explaining the treatment plan and making sure he answered any questions.
