It’s like a meat market at aspen dental. It was dirty. The rooms were so small there was barely enough room for the 3 of us. I had oral surgery and the doctor forgot to send in the prescriptions. The procedure went quick but I was not informed of the steps for the procedure even after inquiring. I was put out and was literally immediately sent home, they didn’t bother to care how I was feeling post procedure. They didn’t even have me in there for a full hour. It’s obvious that they have employees both past and present write their reviews. Two years ago had my wisdom teeth removed, I work in insurance so I had called prior to going to ensure everything was covered. It was per my insurance. However, after getting the quote they tell me there’s an additional $1500 fee. I ask for the CPT codes, as I want to verify with my insurance the issue. These people know what they are doing. This dentist is unparalleled informative in terms anyone can understand, gental and concerned about your comfort along with giving you information. The staff is also very informative on what to expect and what to do if issues happen. If you have to go somewhere you know you will be in pain this is the place to go as they will make it as less as possible. Thank you all!
Had a broken tooth and wasn't a patient of Aspen dental. Didn't matter they got me in within an hour and took care of my dental needs. Fast, efficient, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend.
Got dentures made there. They were VERY sloppy in glueing the teeth to the pink part and they were flared. I complained so they told me they made new set (which I do not believe) and if still not happy they were not making new set. Doc was very snotty about it too. So, after almost 4 years of braces as a kid I ended up with buck teeth. I was not happy and would not go to them if I were you and need dentures. This was on North Genesee street, Utica, NY.
