I’m actually surprised at how well this visit went I had a deep cleaning and the women who did my deep cleaning was extremely nice and patient with me as I told her I try to avoid the dentist at all cost. I also had a filled completed while there. Happy with the treatment I received and pleased with the staff as well. I will most likely be moving from Irondequoit’s office to the Greece one. Only giving a 4 because the prices are expensive
My husband and I went on Monday as new patients to have cleanings Aspen felt he need extensive work done for an estimate over $10,000 which would be covered partially by insurance. My husband is 70 years old. They did not return my phone calls for 2 days and then called this morning at 7:15 waking me up. The woman was rude and aggressive. They refuse to see my husband unless he agreed to all this work. I won't go there because of how nasty she was on the phone.
Absolutely the worst place! Very poor communication! I had to go there because they messed up my implant- came loose only a year after I got it so I had to go back or pay for it again at a real place. My experience has been awful. I witnessed an older gentleman who did not speak English get very upset and watched the staff treat him in a rude manner. No empathy or understanding of his situation. Went there with a toothache and knew I needed serious work done. They were very caring and very direct in what I needed. I have a great plan to restore my smile and confidence. They were amazing.
I called to get a cleaning. My dentist was booked out 5 months. They took me right away in matter of days. When I arrived they took x rays and I saw a dentist and a gum specialist. Then I was taken to the financial person. She told me I needed over two thousand of treatment. I said I would think about it and just get the cleaning I came in for.
