The dentist is very kind and sweet. She took her time and got my dentures to fit great I recommend this place to anybody. I had some bad experience with another place over by Price choppers I’m not gonna say names but they did an awesome job. at Aspen dental I couldn’t ask for anybody that was so experience and well knowledged. I can’t say enough about the people in this place. They are so great.
All of the people were very nice! I will not be returning though. They tried to tell me I have gingivitis. I have braces on so my gums are clearly going to be a little more irritable than usual. My orthodontist has not said anything about me have gingivitis and I’m sure they would recommend me getting it treated if I did have it. I just needed a cleaning but they said they cannot do it until I get the “gingivitis” treated. They are just trying to get money out of me and my insurance I assume. Waited 2 hours. Finally got seen only to be told they couldn’t do my 6 month check up/ cleaning until I purchased a plan for gingivitis that was not covered by my insurance. Went on base got my cleaning, insurance covered & it was all under 30 minutes. I truly think they wanted to scam me.
First visit was great! I wish I could remember the woman's name that did all the pics of my teeth. She was so nice and personable. She made me feel at ease. The office manager was amazing as well. Explained everything to me and helped me figure out what my insurance covered and what I was going to pay for different service. So far this is the best dental office I have gone to. I am new to the area and they got me in to see the dentist in 2 weeks! I have more appointments coming up so I will update this as needed.
I tried to leave a review on the Aspen site through the link on the back of my appointment card, but it did not work. I'm hoping the staff at the Watertown, NY location will still see my comments because they've been nothing but fantastic to me. Today marked my 3rd visit as per my dental plan and like my previous appointments, I was met with a kind, caring, and professional staff who kept me informed of a slight delay for today (3/14/24) and of any procedures that they would be doing during my visit.
