Amazing experience. I was super nervous but the staff made me feel safe and comfortable at all Times and I’m glad I chose this to be my dentist of choice. Your dental assistants Whitly and Jacky were awesome and super welcoming toward me. You guys were clear , patient and understanding. Thank you to the team at Aspen Dental. Thank you Dr. Chikersa ,Ines, Jeremy and the rest of the team at Aspen.
Everyone was soo nice until the doctor walked in. She was sooo RUDE and condescending. She talked down to me while throwing her title in my face since SHE'S the doctor. I told her about my pain and she just kept telling me that since SHE'S THE DOCTOR that there was nothing there and I had to listen to all the other things that had nothing to do with why I was there. It was awful. I have never experienced anything so weird and uncomfortable before. I will never go back and I don't recommend you do either!
I had extensive work done at Aspen Dental Medford Ma. They were amazing! Dr. Chikersal is unbelievably talented. I was so impressed with her incredible performance. AND Knowing she is a graduate of Tufts Dental School, one of the best in the world! and that she is the Managing Clinical Director of this facility, I know I was treated by one of the best in the profession. I embarked on a stressful process of finding a dentist that accepted my new coverage, since my current dental office did not accept it.. I’m glad I found Aspen. It’s not only close to home, with oceans of available parking, they have a wonderful staff, and professional ethic. I was able to get a same-day appointment to evaluate my needs, and they completed my work nearly immediately thereafter.
Never Again ! Looking at these GOOGLE REVIEWs as compared to Yelp, I am confused… either these reviewers are TOO NICE, or they are PROFESSIONAL REVIEWERS and they are just doing their JOB. It is my fault to go there even after knowing they are not good…. But I never thought they would be this bad. They just wanted to squeeze every single penny out of my pocket.
