Dr. Attri was just so kind, caring and professional. I was an emergency appointment. Katie squezzed me in and was so helpful at the desk, as I was in so much pain. What I like about Aspen Dental is that the first appointment is 100% free, and they do well to accommodate and meet your needs. However, I did wait a bit to actually consult with the dental hygienist. I was patient though because they were busy in the back. I came back later that evening, and didn’t have to wait long. Staff is very friendly, and respectful! I’m happy I was able to find somewhere that was able to help me! :)
I spent almost 2 hours at this visit, my first consultation visit, with free x-rays. The amount of x-rays was tremendous compared to other dentists I have gone to in the past for similar services. Which is a good thing! However, the wasted time could have been reduced or eliminated from the beginning. Wait to be taken to x-ray was understandable. Waiting for the nurse was understandable. Broke a tooth on my dentures while on vacation. They gave me an appointment right away and had it repaired for me in 4 hrs.I would recommend Aspen to anyone. Freindly, professional, and quick.
I was in the worst mouth pain I’ve ever encountered in my life. My first appointment to get x-rays & assess the problem was free, turns out one of my wisdom teeth cracked. Within the same week I was scheduled with the oral surgeon, Dr. Whiting. Fees were discussed upfront that were affordable. When I arrived at my appointment, the whole procedure was less than 20 minutes. I was in disbelief, I felt no pain. I am so grateful for the two experiences I had at this location and couldn’t recommend them more.
