I had an absolutely incredible experience at this office! I walked in with excruciating pain, and they went above and beyond to help me. The compassion and care I received from the First Lady who greeted me in the room was truly comforting. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The gentleman who took my X-rays was so gentle and understanding, and the doctor who removed my tooth was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I had a dental cleaning appointment today. It was my first time with hygienist Bree. She was cold towards me and rough with by teeth. Customer facing individuals need to be friendly and calm towards patients. She was the complete opposite. I hope she can be taught that her job entails politeness and the need to put a patient at ease. In addition, the billing was off again. My first appointment at Aspen Dental was amazing! They brought me in right away, everyone was very nice, they were gentle, and worked quickly. I feel as a practice they are very thorough and genuinely care about their patients and their dental health. I’m so glad I decided to join the Aspen Dental community! If you have any dental needs and are looking for help, I would give them a call.
My appointment was for 730a.m. I arrived at 710a.m. because it was my first visit. I did all the paperwork needed and was checked in at 720a.m. I waited until 8a.m. before I was called in for xrays. After that was taken into an office and waited until 835 for the dentist to come in. He did his examination and explained everything to Me. I was sent to a waiting room to see the financial person at 855. I sat and waited until 930 and finally I said I have to leave because I have a 10a.m appointment. 2.5 hours? Had a good visit today at Aspen Dental. I arrived on time and only waited 5 minutes before being called back. All the staff were very professional and polished. Thank you for participating with our dental insurance. Our family is happy with our care at your office !!
