Compassionate employees. Very professional. Minimal waiting time. But they are very expensive. They do not explain the procedures and billing accurately. Do not get a self explanatory priced out invoice after is visit while having you pay for all procedures needed in advance.
I loved it. I hadn't been to a dentist in years. I was so afraid. Everyone was comforting and reassuring. Exceptional service. I needed financial assistance for a procedure, and they were able to help get me the best offer. I want to thank the entire staff at the Hazelton PA location for there professionalism and, going above and beyond with great service.
Great people. Very friendly and professional. Was in there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and was called back at exactly my appointment time. 30 seconds for X-rays then into a chair. Dentist was in the room within five minutes too do examination that only took a few minutes then out to start the with payment plans and procedures. Nice place
Due to old dentist office not taking our insurance, my family and I had to find a new place. I arrived at Aspen Dental as a new patient. I wasn't expecting to get a cleaning but I had scans done, a cleaning and they focused on the tooth that was giving me pain. Everyone there were friendly and the whole process went smooth.
First experience was today. Making the appointment was super simple and the staff was very nice and courteous. I told them why I was calling to get scheduled which was for a routine cleaning and a potential filling of a cavity. They took some dental X-rays and sat me down to await the dentist for a cleaning. While I'm waiting I get pulled out to the front where someone from billing instructs me that I'm to pay 73$ that my insurance won't cover prior to receiving my services.
