I went thinking I had an appointment to see Dr. Arena. That was not the case. The visit overall was good. The techniciens that did my x-rays and initial overview were very professional and positive. No complaints so far.
Liars and Thieves (at least in ITHACA, NY). They provided a treatment plan I wasn’t convinced was necessary, so went to two other dentists with my X-rays and records from Aspen in Ithaca, NY. Both assured me I had no signs of gingivitis or gum disease as Aspen insisted; or that other treatments they claimed were necessary, were. They refused to do a cleaning unless I agreed to an unnecessary full mouth scaling. Had a dental emergency today. The professionals @ Aspen Dental took care of my issue immediately. Everyone was courteous. They were all great @ their job too! Thank you for your prompt and professional assistance.
I called for tooth pain and they saw me a half hour later. I have spine issues and all of the workers were very careful of that. I was set up with a plan for my teeth and a payment plan. I'm very pleased.
Everyone from the front desk, to xray, hygienist, dentist, and checkout were all phenomenal. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I was worried it would feel like conveyor belt type medical (i .e. urgent care) but it wasn't that at all. Thanks for alleviating my concerns.
