I was extremely nervous and embarrassed when I came in, but was soon assured that I'm not the only one who goes through dental issues. I was made to feel important by all staff and that I can be helped. It eased my mind and made me excited to have a new smile ?
My dental hygienist was great! Fast and very knowledgeable and informative. He told me exactly what was going on with my teeth/gums and how to be proactive with my gum health. \nMy only complaint is that the receptionist called me to come in early because of a cancellation so I arrived 45 minutes early and did not get seen until my original scheduled appointment time.
I must say, I am very pleased with today's experience. Everyone at the New Hartford office was amazing, helpful and comforting. I had called earlier in the day with much apprehension. I was given options on how to proceed comfortably. The Dr. was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything step by step. When I encountered what I thought was pain, he explained it was pressure, thus helping...
