Today was my first appointment. All 4 staff members I had encountered with were amazing and kind. I felt really comfortable being very open and honest with them. My appointment was kind of longer than i anticipated but it was well worth all of the information i had received, even more than I really came in for. There was no judgement made when it came to talking about my teeth and we successfully got done what I had originally set my visit for. Also the time frame for completion I was more than impressed with.
This was my first visit. From making the appointment to check out, I couldn’t have had a better experience! Dr. Smith and all of her staff were friendly, helpful, caring and professional! I definitely feel that I’m in good hands with everyone there!
Today was the most professional and helpful people in this office since I first started there in 2018. My hygienist was on point. Sam is helping me track payments that I have requested before. First point of contact lady was cheerful and helpful. I left the office calm and impressed!
I could not be more pleased with the services I received from Aspen dental, due to injury and genetics I have had more dental work than most people and most of those experiences have not been great. I first went to Aspen dental after another dentist office made me a top denture that I could not even fit into my mouth, Aspen dental was able to make me a top plate that fits so perfectly. First time at Aspen Dental at the Pittsburgh Mills location. Was very please with the staff friendliness, professionalism & helpfulness. Thought the hygienist & dentist were very thorough & explained everything very well. The consultant explained everything necessary for treatment & reviewed anticipated insurance coverage & out of pocket costs for treatment. Extremely pleased with Aspen Dental.
