I went in for basic preventative treatments and they did the x-ray and oral exam. The dentist said I had no real issues. I was directed to checkout and the pushy sales woman said in order to get a cleaning I had to pay $900 for a hand full of things the dentist did not seem as a real issue when talking him. I have never had an issue like this at any other dentist before! Hold onto your pockets people!
I really needed a tooth extracted, Aspen dental saw me the same day and offered to take it out within an hour of my walk in appointment. The staff was caring and friendly and the doctor did an amazing job, I didn’t even feel the tooth extraction. After two weeks of pain, this was the best possible outcome. Thank you Aspen Dental!
I broke a tooth in half on a Wednesday evening. Long story short, I woke up in pain. My wife called several dental offices, but Aspen said come right in and we'll take care of you. Everyone was reasonably pleasant there. They pulled the suspect tooth and I was on my way in just over an hour. Thank you Aspen. I will be scheduling a cleaning and having my teeth repaired there in the future.
My wife has gone here several times, she needed her wisdom teeth out and they were willing to help her so we figured we’d give them the opportunity to do their job. The first time she went to get them out we had just gotten pregnant, and they refused to help her. Which we understood for the safety of my wife and unborn child. Dr was dismissive and curt. The rest of the staff was polite and professional. I tried to respond to the direct contact request and after four times of it timing out on me I gave up. Also overpriced.
