Service was done back in June. I didn't have my insurance information and was told I could call back and provide the information to be put on for my bill. I gave my insurance information etc, it is now March and I'm receiving a bill which does NOT show my Insurance was applied. I wasn't going to keep calling so why would I think a bill would show 8 months later. I presumed my information was entered. I had a great experience. The staff and Doctors are very pleasant. The treatment is going well and I will be back in a week to have my extraction. I would recommend Aspen to others.
I’m only giving 2 stars because of the women up front they are so nice but other than that I would say be very careful when it comes to prices on procedures and what your insurance covers…. I was told for my 2 extractions it would cost 1500 which they wanted before I could make an appointment and 4000 for an implant… I went to another dental office Alice Yang and was told my insurance is excellent one of the best they have seen and got 3 teeth extracted at absolutely no cost no copay and just got approved also at no cost fo... read more
I was so stressed before going to Aspen and I was embarrassed of the appearance of my teeth. To my immediate surprise I was so comfortable with everyone I had the pleasure of meeting! Every single staff member from receptionists to dentist and all other staff members were so nice and made my anxiety disappear! I am going to recommend Aspen Dental in Meriden to anyone who has been avoiding dental care because they felt judged or uncomfortable! Thank you to the staff again see you all soon!😁
The first day I went to Aspen Dental everything went smoothly. The only bad experience as of this day was, I showed up because they had scheduled an appointment, but when I got there, there was no appointment. Other than that, everyone there’s very nice and friendly. Expensive, yes. But as long as they do a good job, that’s fine.
