The team at your Fairview Park location was nothing less than stellar. From day one they’ve taken care of every need through this process. Everybody from the ladies at reception to the hygienist to the doctors herself Was nothing less than pleasurable. I just wanted to thank each and everyone of them personally which I did and it is a great team to have out there. I would personally recommend this location for patients.
One star is a crime to give this place. I went to Aspen Dental because they are an “emergency dentist” due to severe pain a cavity was giving me. I went in, they did X-rays, told me I had 4 cavities, and told me they couldn’t fix the tooth until a week later. Didn’t give me any pain meds or anything. I get my tooth fixed, everything is fine until about 2 weeks later that same tooth is killing me. This dental office is very clean and peaceful feeling. They treated our elderly mom with respect and tenderness and the timing of her receiving new dentures is wonderful. I highly recommend this office. Her dentist is dr Solomon. Thank you Aspen dental. Thank you
I went to Aspen for an Emergency visit. I was in so much pain. I came in and waited for about 30 mins to be called then when I got to the back the Dentist was busy with other patients. So I waited in the chair to be seen. The Dentist finally came over to see me and said oh you can come back on such and such day to have your problem taken care of! I said ok and went with the assistant they were worried about charging me 9,000$ for all kinds of stuff that can wait for now I just needed my tooth pulled. So the next day I went ... read more
My granddaughter had an extreme dental crisis caused by another dental facility. She was in terrible pain and we were desperate to have her seen and treated. She was seen the same morning and offered a treatment appointment later the same day. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and effectiveness of her chosen plan of care. Thank you!
