Not a bad experience, but things that could be improved on. Appointment was for 8am, the same time the office opened. Many patients with the same appointment time and several left to reschedule due to the wait time. The one dentist was late so added to the wait time. The xray process was smooth and painless. My biggest concern was the exam chair had a large hole in the seat cushion that was covered by clear tape. More to come after my return for an extraction and filling.
Before reading the rest of my review, I have to say immediately. Stop and run from the Concord road location. After my horrible experience, I rescheduled an appointment at the Kenneth road location and what a 100% different experience. I had . first the place is clean. The equipment is well maintained. All the employees are professional and the dentists. First I would like to say that Jenn is amazing she is a tech and she always made me feel comfortable, always went above and beyond. Now with that being said I went to the concord rd office cause it was closest I went in March of 2023 my teeth over the years were breaking or broke below gum lines so I decided to get them all pulled and wanted dentures my appoint for extractions was March 29, 2023. Techs were nice and made the x-ray and exam process comfortable and easy. My only complaints are I had an appointment and wasn't seen until quite awhile after the appointment time. Half hour in the waiting room with an appointment is a bit crazy in my opinion. 2nd complaint is it felt like a used car lot. Even though I was only there for a referral and will be getting the work done elsewhere, they kept not listening to me and trying to proceed like we were doing it all there
When I was leaving they told me it would $288 to remove my tooth. I said I'd like to schedule an appointment, but I was going to shop around. The secretary told me that she's not going to waste the provider's time, and said she wouldn't schedule me. I said ok, I'll go somewhere else.
