I have been going to the Gates office for two years now. I really like Alina Dellanzo, DMD. She is very good and has helped save one of my teeth from getting a root canal with expedited treatment. Rose, my dental assistant is also very good. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but these two make it much easier. I hope they stay a good long time as I hate to swtich dentists! My only problem has been making sure the billing is right but the office manger, Lin is always there to make sure it is!
I visited Aspen Dental because of tooth pain and I was able to get an immediate appointment (which I actually booked online). To speak on my aversion to dental work, I had my last routine cleaning about a year/year and a half ago and prior to that, it had been about 15 years since I visited a dentist office! My experience with Dr. Basha and Monica, the DA, was phenomenal in terms of their friendliness and expertise. I went to aspen dental 9 Nov 2012 hell bent on having a extraction instead of a root canal. the 1st dentist I saw advised me to have a root canal. He explain the process to me and I went ahead with the root canal. Dr Agadi explained the process to me again and what she was doing before she did it. I must say I was scared for nothing about a root canal. I had zero pain and didn t feel a thing. Thanks Dr Agadi and staff for making this a positive dental experience.
