I ve been going to this office for a few years now and every time I visit it s like I haven t left. Debbie greets everyone with a smile, and in the back it s the same with Lindsay and Dr. Spinello. Basically the whole office is great. They all do a great job making the entire experience friendly and enjoyable while still keeping it professional. I m more than happy to return and now my entire family goes there too. They really do have you leaving with a smile!
I have always had problem with previous dentists I have visited in the past that were either uncaring, unconcerned, or detached in some way shape or form. It had gotten to the point that I was ready to give up, that is until one day when I had a bad tooth ache and i made an appointment to Aspen Dental in Batavia the staff there from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave make you feel welcome and comfortable.
