I’m Justin’s wife and I took Justin to the dentist. Justin is blind and it has brain damage. The staff was very understanding. The dentist was very understanding. The dental hygienist was very understanding. The lady checking us in was understanding. The lady Checking us out was understanding if I would’ve known about this. I would’ve taken him to the dentist sooner The staff was phenomenal thank you.
The four ladies that I interacted with, including the check-in receptionist, dental assistant, the Doctor, and the check-out receptionist were all excellent. They listened to my questions and explained everything with respect and patience. They were even welcoming towards my daughter and allowed her to observe and learn. Would highly recommend and I will be returning in the future.
I wish I had inquired years ago! My experience has been ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL with Aspen Dental Newburgh. I will be leaving the area, but I will remain a loyal patient. Thank you to both dentists for amazing service.
Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Rob, the hygienist, was so kind, gentle and communicative. Dr Saffner was incredibly patient, understanding and professional. She kept me informed the whole time about what she was doing and what to expect. I will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this office enough!!!
I had a good experience at the Aspen Newburgh location. Receptionist Liz was very helpful regarding my denture repair both the day I was there and the day before on the phone. As if today, the denture repair is holding, much better than a repair done at a different Aspen location. Thank you to tech Victoria for doing a great job with the repair.
