I walked in with a loose front crown and fearing it could not be cemented again and I would have to walk around with a missing tooth. I was leaving to go north in 3 wks so I had no time to get it replaced with a new one. Dr Santiori was so compassionate and understanding. I just got my two bottom wisdom teeth out today and I was supposed to get two fillings right after because the dentist makes me super nervous. I paid more than half of my quote prior to this appointment and was told and in writing that the rest would be paid at this appointment, which was 328 dollars. Needless to say I was nervous and scared to go yo the Dentist, it's been many years since I've gone to one for myself. I've taken care of my family through very serious illnesses but didn't take care of myself. Today I had the best experience of ever going to a Dental office in all my many years. I do not trust Aspen Dental. I not only question their extreme pricing but I also the honesty of their treatment plans. I am missing a tooth after they recommended extraction of a tooth that a crown fall off. They quoted me $6000+ for one tooth implant. Needless to say I do not an implant. I do not think I needed the extraction in the first place. I should have gotten a second opinion. Will never return, arrived for a scheduled cleaning and waited 25 minutes past appointment time, brought to the chair and was refused service because hygienist wanted me to commit to cleanings every 4 months when my insurance company only allows coverage for every 6 months.
