my ONLY complaint...doing treatments without letting the patient know the initial cost has me concerned. to be sitting in the char and getting things done when the costs of specific "ADD-ON" TREATMENTS ...THEN...SITTING WITH the financial staff before departure / checking out often impact the cost to the point of excess. I DON;T LIKE SURPRISES WHEN MY INSURANCE COST IS ENUF OUT OF MY POCKET ALREADY. PLEASE...MAKE SURE YOU ADVISE THE PATIENT OF LINE-ITEM ADDITIONS BEFORE INITIATING TREATMENT.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about what I needed and had to have done.They were also very friendly and easy to talk with.They were able to do for me in a couple of hours that I spent years and a lot of money with other dentist.I can't wait to get my new (store bought) teeth :)
