Absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever seen. My wife went to Aspen Dental for a specific issue due to their advertising. Once in the original appoint she was told they couldn’t help her with that issue. However they found a supposed cavity. She agreed to getting that fixed. For weeks after the filling she had severe pain in that area. She went back for a second appointment and they said they fixed the issue. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! GO anywhere BUT HERE!! The staff is rude and the policies are the worst. You can tell they are understaffed and based on the office behavior provided to patients you can assume that they are managed by a crappy person as well. On my first visit, I witnessed an elderly patient who had to come in to be scheduled (because they don't answer the phones which I learned later) and was complaining about his new dentures cutting into his mouth and explaining that he couldn't eat. They messed up my appointment time and appointment type. Refused to fix their mistakes and spoke to me like I’m dumb.

I went there and I spent over $7,000 of my own money not counting what my insurance pays they made me a temporary partial for the top of my mouth it cost me about $1,000 it did not fit they tried to fix it but it made it wore so the manager said that she'll take care of it so she called me and told me that they were going to give me credit she went on vacation and got transferred they don't want to give me credit I went in to get my partials and they wouldn't give them to me said I owe them $700 I've never seen anything like... read more

Bought my dentures there and one week after the guarantee they cracked. Charged me $178 to fix it and in 2 months it cracked again and now they want to charge me to fix it again even though I was told it would not break again. Will not go back. Might as well fix it myself. All they want is your money. Don't care about anything else.

I paid over $5500.00 for my dentures out of my own pocket because I don't have dental insurance therefore I paid through Care Credit. In my contract it says I have 7 years to get 7 adjustments. I made an appointment to get my bottom denture adjusted. I was told I needed an exam and xrays to "update their files" since I haven't been there in awhile, at $189.00. IM LIVID! I was in this office 2 times yesterday to get 2 teeth pulled! I got there at 7:45 am. I was told they didn’t take the insurance I had and sent me on my way. So I changed my insurance over to one they take. I was told everything was good by Christian to come back sign some paperwork and I would be good for my appointment needed no payment. Went to go sign paperwork... something happened with that and he me on my way. Called again to see what was going on and he told me to call at 330 and he should know what’s up. S... read more

when you wait months for paperwork to get done n they say they forgot. you come to appointment in servers pain n won't pull tooth cause they want hundreds of dollars to do something you told them you didn't want done. so they refuse to pull tooth making you leave in pain.....

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I just relocated here and sought out a new dentist. The most painful x-rays I’ve ever had in my life and the tack cap hitting the mouthpiece with the camera to make it even more painful. Following that, an exam that reveals that I MUST have a antibiotic procedure and Invisaline - $5,000. Strange, but my former Dentist has never said a word about these things.
