I was happy to hear I could get in for an emergency broken tooth. However the appointment was at 8:30. The front counter was very nice. I only gave a rating of 2 because after my initial check in. At 9:15, I was put into the dentist chair. It wasn't until after 10:15 the dentist came in. He only spent about 5 minutes actually examining, I was then told by the dentist someone would come to get me. That was another 20 minutes. I came here as a new client and was pleasantly pleased with everything. I met the girl at the front desk, the hygenist, dentist, and the office manager, and everyone was so friendly and kind. They checked me for gum disease and a cavity. No pain at all. Thank you guys!
First, I do not usually post negative reviews, but this place warranted it! Do not go here! My experience was awful! First. They called me to cancel for my first appointment when I was able to book online because they said they didn’t have an x-ray person there. Fine! Then I took off of work for an 2nd scheduled appointment and went there Friday March 29th at 3:15. I do not have anything good to say about this practice. THIS PRACTICE HAS VERY- FEW -STARS on every Internet page for a reason.At my fist visit the hygienist was running behind so I couldn't be seen by her. The dentist didn't look in my mouth, only glanced at my front teeth and complemented that my teeth and gums looked nice/healthy. I proceeded to checkout and spoke with the office manager who wanted to schedule a Scaling and follow-up which would cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Excellent care! The staff was professional. Msara did my cleaning and she was thorough and even went back to recheck my X-rays to make sure no calculus was left behind. Dr. Mangal was very kind and expertly looked at my X-rays and recommended wisdom tooth removal. The office has a new dentist and staff is excellent, don’t let the negative reviews discourage you. Overall a 5/5 experience.
