Scam! They told me they accept my insurance but weren't at the time. I just needed a cleaning. The "treatment plan" was going to be $1500. I was told I have a cavity on my wisdom tooth! Yes, the teeth that people get removed!! They told me I had gingivitis and needed a minimum of 2 visits. I have insurance they wouldn't accept. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!! Don't fall for the scam of free xray and exam!
garbage company that steals peoples money. it’s a shame they haven’t shut down. Trying to charge me for services not provided and withholding pertinent information my insurance needs to be able to file the claim. Will never come here again and I hope this review detours someone else from being scammed by them.
The Aspen Dental in Monaca was awesome. Everyone was very helpful during my process of getting my new plates and taking care of all the adjustments etc till I got the permanent bottom plate. They all made my experience very comfortable and easy for a person who has always been terrified of going to the dentist. I really appreciate that greatly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

One of the worst dental experiences I’ve had in a long time. Girl at desk doesn’t have time to talk to you/very short, hands you tablet no instructions, girl taking x-rays wearing mask coughing everywhere, dentist trying to find things to do by removing old fillings, then trying to put fillings in teeth with no cavities to prevent cavities, and then telling you to work it out with finance lady.
