It was easy to make an appointment online. The follow up call from the office manager was very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the dental care that I received. The xray tech and the dental assistant were great, both gentle and funny to lighten the mood. The dentist was quiet and courteous and I believe that she did a good job. I had two teeth extracted at the Venice office. It was a great , painless experience. The dentist and staff were great. They took the time to go over the cost of the procedure and before they actually began There were no surprises. As much as I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, I’d have no problem going back to this office in Venice
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not a good experience. From the dentist who had NO bedside manner, to trying to get my x-rays (which I was told I could have), all in all a very negative experience. I was shocked to receive the estimate for my dental plan at 20K+. I went to another dentist and was able to resolve my dental needs for 3K. Look elsewhere.
Easy to schedule appt,, professional office, efficient staff who are easy going and relaxed. People who work there seem to like their individual jobs from x-Ray tech to admin and insurance. Dentist was thorough and friendly. Definitely recommended!
Honestly… I truly do not complain much. This was truly an aweful experience a year ago and continues to today!! My family was there a year ago and we had our annual exams and teeth cleaned. I felt like they were trying to sell us everything under the kitchen sink. The doctor even had the audacity to ask my husband if he “liked the gap between his teeth” in an effort to sell him vaneers.
