Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was cordial and respectful to me. They understood my concerns and apprehensions about getting dentures. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable for me.
Literally THE most UNPROFESSIONAL dental office I have ever been to. I had an appointment for my children, they met the hygienist who was actually pretty amazing. I was excited for her to work on my sons and was looking forward to their treatment plan. When we were leaving, we were waiting on verification of their third insurance coverage and because I had to leave to get back to work the front desk staff said they would call me with the info. Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but felt this was very worth it. Loved my experience. It was actually the very first pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Great work Aspen with even the doctors and hygienist specifically Dr. Snee and Misty. So thorough and attentive with me. Recommending my family to this place!
The exam was great though after being scheduled for an appointment two for a cleaning and cavity repair for two weeks later. I was delayed for an appointment for 80 days due to no appointments to see the dental hygienist. They are fast to get you in the door though play a bait & switch for future dental care.
I was really nervous entering the door but every employee I came in contact with made my experience great. They were warm, friendly, and experienced staff. I had a pleasant experience and now I have a new dentist office.
