I was going to be a new customer and one that pays out of pocket. However, today (Friday) I received a text message stating that it was important and I needed to call be today. All they wanted was my address information and to remind me that my appointment is Tuesday. First of all, I am not New America and I don't have to be reminded to keep my appointment, confirm or call to cancel. Doctor Brown and his assistant did a Tooth Extraction today for $369 with numbing and did a good job 👏 and make sure you are comfortable and quick. Gave 4/5 because hygienist was kinda mean when I came in for my X-rays. But I had a good experience otherwise.
Was very easy to check in, Did not have to wait long at all before going back for my appointment. The dentist and hygienist were both very thorough, Also checking on my history and seeing if there were any new problems. Overall a great experience.
They love wasting your time here. I've had my appointment rescheduled time and again for about 4 months now and each time they can't get me in for 4-6 weeks out. It's always very last-minute and the excuses hint at poor planning and communication on all levels. They also require separate appointments and fees for every little thing and you end up spending so much time waiting around. The doctor seems to have better things to do than answer your questions or provide any semblance of patient care and they lack transparency or ... read more
Dr. Brown was so wonderful with my fiance. He has bad teeth due to a handful of reasons, and Dr. Brown literally said "I don't want you to ever feel judged or self conscious here. I'm here to help." We were stunned that a medical professional with that mentality actually still existed. He was so gentle with the sensitive tooth, and was quick to get an action plan in place and going. I will be going here myself soon, considering everything I saw today. Highly recommend!!
