Made appointment 2 weeks ago and during that time was told they toke my insurance. The lady actually said they take ‘all insurance.’ Showed up for my appointment and lady behind the counter says we don’t take either one of your insurance hands me back my cards and says have a nice day! Love having my time wasted and being lied too. So word to the wise they don’t accept Medicaid or Medicare….
Worthless! I purchased my dentures there a few years ago. The plastic lining that they had put in then was cracked irritating my gums. The woman said the only thing she could do was file it down to make it smooth. I asked about making a new bottom denture. She said no it wouldn't do you any good anyway they wouldn't fit. WTH!! They wouldn't even consider doing a reline on it. That's what you get for buying the guarantees!
Some of the people are nice and polite. They can get you in quickly. They don't let you get numb enough to pull a tooth. My tooth hurt worser after words. I was in pain for several days. I will never go back there again. I went to the one in Zanesville Ohio.
Listen to me and took my concerns seriously they also stayed open later while I dealt with insurance issues. Highly recommend
I went there got xrays and then seen Dr and she recommended what needed done. Then they had me meet with a lady to go over the cost. It was very very very high even after my insurance would pay. I told her there is no way I could afford it all she said is we over financing. I will never go to this place again nor recommend it to anyone. Horrible place
