The unsanitary device used for X-rays had the plastic changed with the same gloves used to text someone on their personal cell phone and I got sick. Coincidentally? Maybe, but do you want to risk it? Also the trainee assistant jammed the suction tube into my jaw 10,000 times to the point I needed a break. She relentlessly gagged me over and over while laughing and telling the doctor some ridiculous story. It was my worst experience in 47 years. Also the dental tools left out were very traumatizing see photos.

I went to aspen dental due to a hole that developed in the back of one of my teeth. I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time because I just hate teeth and having work done on mine. Anyway, they took x-rays and the Dr came in and told me it needed to be removed. No real explanation. The hygienist also told me I have very bad gums and needed medicine for that. Once it was over I was rushed off to someone trying to collect a payment for these future treatments which were extremely expensive. I have since went to a dif... read more

The staff was very welcoming, Dr. Onela explained everything he was going to do throughout my visit and was very nice. I was very impressed with this dental office care team and the services they provided.

Scheduled a new patient appointment for a cleaning. Took off work and had baby sisters scheduled only to not get a cleaning just x rays and have a Dr look in my mouth for less than 30 seconds. Then they want you to schedule a whole different appointment on a different day for a cleaning. Huge waste of everyone's time. If you aren't going to do a cleaning when scheduling a new patient appointment for a cleaning you should probably let people know before wasting their time.

I would never go here again both mine and my husband teeth have been ruined by them. I had to have 2 extra root canals and endodontic surgery with 3 crowns after they messed all of mine up. I spent thousands of dollars at Aspen on root canals and crowns for them to all fail. My husband on the other hand, they put crowns on teeth that needed root canals, but did not do the root canal. Now he has to pay for a root canal and a crown on different teeth. Would never ever recommend them. I have heard so many different horror stori... read more
