People are fantastic but the wait was super long for me. Appointment was at 10am, didn't get addressed/X-rays until 1050. X-rays took like 5 min then I was back in the waiting room for another 20min. Finally was taken in the back for the consultation with the dentist and nurse. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they have great financing options for people like me who don't have insurance. Just the wait was so long with an appointment. Might change my review if my visits differ and this was abnormal
Would give 0 stars if I could, first appointment I waited half an hour to get called back and after the dentist numbed me I waited and hour for them to come check on me. The procedure went fine, second appointment took so long and I had to leave by the time they were doing my fillings after the cleaning that I just had to reschedule. They got me in quickly for a dental emergency. The 800 # made my appointment time in a slot the bowling green office didn't have open. I was in so much pain and needed to be seen. The office manager at the front desk, (I didn't get his name but I wish I would have) he was so kind, understanding, and got me in the next morning...He also helped me figure out the best way possible to get all the needed work done at a VERY affordable price that my insurance didn't cover. It was was my families first visit to Aspen and there was no explanation of how the appointments would go. I was not aware we would be having a consultation and then have to come back just to get our teeth cleaned. Better communication is something this office needs to work on. I sat in my chair with a bib on for about 15 minutes until the check out person came and asked if I was coming up to check out. No one said that I was done and could go check out. Absolutely worst dentist ive ever been to. the oral surgeon says everything you say is a lie. Went to get wisdom teeth out they made me pay for anethisa before hand. He didnt give me anything but laughing gas then shut it off after they started it felt like torture i was crying the whole time they had my head strapped down and couldnt talk. they then make you leave thru the back door which is sketchy as hell. DO NOT go here for surgery
