Lies nothing but lies. They did my family member wrong. I would run far from this place. They will take your money and tell you when you get your new teeth that you can pick the gum color,teeth color,and the shape. They never let her do any of that. They didn't even match her gums and ripped out half her jaw when doing the procedure. Now the permanent dentures do not fit right and when she called they won't help. I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental in Brookfield, Wisconsin! I had a tooth break off from my upper denture! The staff at Aspen were kind, understanding and welcoming! The repair was done quickly and expertly!
Wait time is way too long. You get there 15 minutes early and they call you 30 minutes later. Then you get to a room and wait for another 30 minutes. I got up and left. No respect for your time. However the front desk lady is extremely nice and polite. She is amazing. They need another dentist. Makes no since to have only one dentist so if she’s out they won’t make an appointment, Crazy!!! There should alway be more than one dentist at a place that has so much advertising.
The whole experience felt very transactional, went in for what I thought was a cleaning but it ended up being a “new patient consultation” that lasted over 2 hrs. I was then sat down with the business manager and got a whole list of stuff that I needed done and I told them I needed time to think it over because the price came out to almost $700. Great experience! Everyone was so nice including the receptionist, dental assistant, dentist, and office manager. Brought my elderly father here because he broke his dentures. They made him feel very comfortable and were able to repair his dentures same day. I highly recommend this Aspen dental office.
