The Dr. Was great however my insurance qualified but they couldn't get ahold of my insurance. Since it was a dental emergency they charged me personally with the promise to refunded me. It's been over a year and I was in their office more than once asking about it with no refund ever made.
I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the thoroughness of the exam.I also appreciated the estimated treatment plan document to know what my insurance will cover. It is very helpful in figuring out what I need to pay and how I will need to budget to cover my cost.Thank you!
The dental assistant who took x rays and a 3D scan of my teeth was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. I can only give 3 stars, though, because the exam room was a bit of a mess, i.e. the walls and blinds were all beat up, and there were chunks of something all over the counter tops. The exam rooms were just unorganized in general. The dentist also said that a couple of my teeth were fine even though you can clearly see that they're damaged. I was able to get in quickly, the staff was friendly and they are affordable. My only negative would be to train the front desk guy better. He really didn't know a lot & charged me for an office visit first thing because he couldn't get my insurance right. Idk if that got credited back to me or not.
Very unhappy as they are not upfront to begin with and always find ways to upsell and upcharge- my wife had a set of upper & lower retainers and need just one replaced- not only did they sell her a complete set of upper & lower but they upped it to 2 full sets of upper and lower ! ?? why? they find ways to run up the bill- check out the BBB complaints over the past few years- it’s eye opening along with the low google reviews- why are replacement retainers $20 at other facilities and aspen charges $679 ???
