this is the worst dental practice i have ever been to!! They have no permanent dentist until next month ... the dentist that seen me was only in by me for seconds and most definitely was not interested in doing any work .. He said go to oral surgeon to get bone smoothed out! I went for implants! On website they make it seem they got there stuff together but the do not at all!! Amazing, I broke my front tooth and needed it fixed on my upper denture. Wow they were able to get me in and took care of it. I start a new job on the 4-29-24 So very happy to have my smile back. Thanks for your Great Care ♡♡♡
I have no dental plan I moved from Canada for some courses and since my dentist is in Toronto I just need simple cleaning to get back home I did research I found them in net to do basic cleaning for 120$ plus 30 for physical I book one hr for physical and one hr for cleaning the day of my appointment they cancel my cleaning at 7 am any way I went for physical and I supposed to make appointment for cleaning another day dentist told me you have no cavity but you might be need deep cleaning with dental hygiene I told him my bod... read more
Went there today. 2/26/24. Everyone was nice and friendly. Good banter with everyone I spoke to. Give me a in depth review of my situation. Suggested options and gave me choices for them. I wanted the most economically available option. They found a way to make it happen. I will definitely go back to them for the future of my dentistry needs. Think about a Happiness Gift for your Dental Associates.
Had an early appointment, took receptionist 20+ minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then had to fill out forms. The woman doing the x-rays was nearly on the run the whole time and that was impressive. The dentist was slow going but effective. Receptionist was either just slow or still learning the system. The appointment was just for a qoute on the cost of an implant or bridge. It took more then an hour.
