This was my first visit at Aspen Dental in Albany and was very pleased. Their entire staff was friendly and made me fill welcomed and was care for with gentleness. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I am a satisfied client and have upcoming appointments that I am looking forward to attending. Great job!
First time visit with Aspen Dental Albany, Ga...I have to say they're good. Staff is super friendly, educated in their field...took the time to educate me on my condition, my treatment & future steps. Expert advice for my personal daily care. Took the time to make sure their job was performed with me, the patient, in mind. I've always heard horror stories about going to the dentist, but the team at Aspen are magnificent. I came in to this Aspen Dental clinic for an Oral Cancer Screening. Heather, the hygienist who was in charge of this visit, did an outstanding job in explaining to me what she was doing and why. She was very thorough with her examination and explained, in detail, what she saw and told me about any concerns that I should be aware of ( thankfully nothing serious). After 39 years as a smoker I wanted to be sure that I had no issues as oral cancer can be devastating. Thank you Aspen Dental in Albany Ga for the excellent care!
My experience at Aspen Dental today was a positive and good experience . The staff was very friendly . I gave 5 stars because the doctor listened to my concerns , and he discussed with me several positive options ... I highly recommend the doctor and Aspen Dental for your dental needs.
Needed to be seen for an emergency on my teeth. This was the only place that would see me. We live an hour and a half away and accommodated me in the same day. We have decided to stay with this dentist office from now on. Also took our insurance without an issue.
