The doctor is wonderful, does a great job at caring for her patients and making sure they understand what she is doing at all times. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bree, not only did she tuck my blanket in before my dental care (I was freezing) she also does a fantastic job at making sure you’re super comfortable and definitely calms your nerves. Overall great experience with this location!
Staff was very helpful and polite. I don’t like going to the dentist but honestly they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist office.
My husband needed to have a tooth pulled and told them when he made the appointment. His appointment was at 2:00 & wasn't called back till 3:00. When he finally saw the dentist he was told they wasn't able to pull the tooth. However, if he want to return another dentist could pull several of his teeth and make him a partial for both upper & lower for $10,000 by this time it was 4:00. I’ve had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Georgetown! Everyone that has taken care of me has been compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been back in so many times for adjustments of my new dentures and they’ve always been understanding and reassuring. I’m happy with my temporary set, I can only imagine how much I’ll like the permanent set!
To begin, I want to state that I love the people in the office. They are very friendly and understanding. My issue is that I’ve been canceled on two times. One the day of and one the day before. Unfortunately it’s always on a Wednesday because those are the only days the hygienist is there. I know she is the only one there and I understand her workload has to be a lot, but I’ve had to use my vacation and my days off for this because I work Mondays and Wednesdays which are the days she works.
