Lupe was amazing during my extraction. She held my hand and talked me though it all. Amber was also amazing and helped me through my initial visits and was so caring and personable! Would never go anywhere else
Went in for a filling. Told I have periodontal disease, which I don't. Told until I have deep cleaning, which costs $700 out of pocket (over 2 visits), they wouldn't do my filling. Also told I need several crowns and additional fillings. VERY pushy with unneeded dental work and unethical business practice. I'll NEVER return or recommend Aspen dental, in fact I WILL be warning my family & friends to stay FAR away from this business!
Nice friendly staff. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Took some time on my first check up. Was relaxing and I did not feel rushed in and out like some places.
Omg! I am extremely happy that I ended up going with aspen!! I lost all hope in getting my smile back!! I am 34 only been to the dentist once back when I was 15 and the experience as you can tell never made me want to go back! But oh my goodness! Great group of people at the Marshalltown Iowa location. I had lost a tooth out of one of my dentures and stopped by to get it fixed without an appointment, as I am a truck driver going through the area. They took care of me and had me back on the road in less than an hour.
