Everyone was really nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a really long time and was nervous about going in for a broken tooth. Dentistry is so high tech now as they took what seemed like a million X-rays and scans to do an initial consultation. The techs, hygienists, doctors, and manager were all super nice and made me feel at ease during the whole process where they explained what was going on with all my teeth and gums, and their recommendations for treatments and costs. Amazing first visit! I’m new to the area so I came in for a check up and also to schedule a cleaning. A very thorough exam with X-rays etc. was done. The dentist then concurred with the hygienist and gum therapy was decided upon. Before leaving today,… the teeth and gum therapy treatment were done on one side with an appointment tomorrow to do the other side. All of the office staff were very polite and quite efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office in Springfield.
They have a lot of fun with each other & the clientele, yet maintain a very professional level of service. I'm never nervous going to my dentist anylonger, because of the humor all over that office. Bill, the denture technician, is the best at fixing any part of a damaged denture. I've been a client there since 2016, & I'm always happy with them. J. Bruzek
Terrible company. Customer service can't do anything it seems. Called to pay a bill, the text to pay or the pay by phone couldn't find my account. Talked to a customer service agent, no help either. Asked her to cancel upcoming appointment, she couldn't do that either. Dental office told me some services were covered by insurance, but only to find out later they were not covered at all so had to pay full cost for services out of pocket. Avoid!
I dont think I've had a Dentist or hygienists care about my problems like Aspen Dental did. They were very thorough and gave me a comprehensive treatment plan that best serves my needs. They really cared about me what is best for me and my dental health. I appreciated the gental handling with the dental tools, so that I was comfortable. Great staff. I will highly recommend this dental service..
