Couldn't not ask for a better experience so far. From initial consultation, through many extractions, new fitting/manufacturing to adjustments I could not have picked a better group to use. Thankful for their great staff from Doctors to technicians they've both made me feel confident in their abilities and made a no pain situation. Absolutely love them!!
I made an appointment with this place to get my teeth cleaned, and they made me come in for three separate appointments. No one ever told me that I would not be getting my teeth cleaned on the first or second appointment, they just handed me off to each other while barely acknowledging me as a person. No one explained anything, and at the end of my first appointment they tried to sell me prescription toothpaste, mouth wash and a toothbrush, which all totaled came out to about $500, not including any of the dental work!! We have made two separate appointments at the Conway location to just try and get a cleaning done and so far we’ve received calls to reschedule all of them. The first appointment so far as to being rescheduled three times. Trying to get my appointment rescheduled has been a hassle since all calls go to voicemail and I’ve had to try to call to reach someone multiple times since my messages go unreturned. Sorry doctor there. And stuffwas aonly worried about their doordash. I have called twice and left messages to get my x-rays printed out so I can take to another dentist and they have yet to call me back that is a sorry place to go to someone really needs to close that building down and I'm not only going to make a report here I'm also going to make a report with the the borders MD's you are scamming people with their insurance telling them that they need all kinds of things that they don't need never returning calls it's jus... read more
No waiting was nice. Extra machine was not big enough for my husband. Waited in back for a long time. Staff was very pleasant but we were told they would call us back on Monday to schedule an get things started. It’s Wednesday and we still have not heard back from them an will not call us back.
