First off, they're friendly. I enjoyed speaking with everyone that I met during my visit. Second, they're efficient. The X-Rays were done in no time, the initial exam was done quickly.. and I didn't spend too long in the waiting room. Finally, they don't break the bank. I use the Careington discount plan, and with it their prices are more than reasonable. If you're on the market for a dentist, check them out. You won't be disappointed.
I drove 1.5 hrs to this office because they had an a available appt the same day and I had a broken tooth which was actual a broke. Crown. The staff was nice, the dentist was nice. Two reasons I’m giving 1 star. When I was there yesterday after spending an hour and a half to two hours being examined, they told me they had to verify my benefits, but the MetLife website was down. Brittany is great! Love her! She is gentle and very nice to talk to. I have get my teeth checked there for 2 years now. She changed my mind about this place as I didn't like them before.
Staff is very nice and genuinely concerned for their patients. Prices are affordable even without insurance. Overall I doubt anyone enjoys a trip to the dentist but the people at Aspen make it worth it!
I give 2 stars mainly for their knowledge. They are not someone I recommend though. Never heard of a place that does not do cleaning as a new patient but only x-rays only and other observations then schedule cleaning for later. I mainly came here since my insurance is taken by them with intention of getting a clean up my first visit. The second thing is what made me not so much willing to go back is how I was approached by the leader of the office.
