I was recommended here by a friend and before I could schedule as a new patient, I had an emergent issue. The staff was amazingly compassionate and able to squeeze me in! They were also very understanding and helpful as I had a very bad experience at the last dentist I had gone to. They were great at communicating throughout the process and helped to educate me on everything they did for the appointment and why, what they found and what it meant. My mom visited here last week for an exam. The staff was very polite and compassionate. I was very pleased to see that the dentist, Dr Arora was very polite, caring and thorough. She made my anxious mom smile with her light humor. We were very impressed with her bedside manners and highly recommend her.
I do not know where the negative reviews come from but my experience so far has been excellent and extremely professional in nature. I think sometimes people don’t ask questions and don’t communicate very well and perhaps it is those people who failed to understand the process that had what they felt was a less than positive experience but for me it was great. I’m looking forward to what they come up with solutions for my unique case.
Update: after thinking about it, I'm updating my review to a 1 star. Im giving them a 2 star review only because they are convenient and their dentists and dental/X-ray assistants are nice enough. Its the receptionist/office people that bring the place down. Ive been going here the past couple of years and today I finally had enough. My last official appointment with them was in May of 2023 when I got my wisdom teeth removed. Made appointment at 6 am online. Got in at 9.30 prompt. Very clean, very professional. Communication all the way. Very anxious about the visit and further treatments I was well taken care off, felt heard and understood. I can highly recommend this office. Hoping to have finally found my dentist and the courage to stick with it.
