Very caring staff. They were all extremely kind and helpful at the Surprise office. Dr. Chan was wonderful. They really went out of their way to see my daughter for an emergency appointment for an infection and did their best to accommodate her needs. They really helped us out today. I can't thank them enough.
Working with the WHOLE staff at ADS is an amazing experience! All are super friendly, and helpful. Patient when it comes to choosing the right "smile". LOVE the "SMILE" creator he's amazing, great humor and takes pride in his work! Definitely recommend ADS to anyone in need of a great dentist! Thanx ASPEN D- Surprise!
The office staff was pleasant and professional, making me feel welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. The office staff explained every step of the process and then carried it out. The doctor came in and did her assessment, and then spoke at length with me making sure I understood. everything that we had talked about, and if I had any questions. More interested in getting me to committing to extensive dental work, then providing good customer service!! I need my teeth cleaned, just to start with. Deep cleaning and extractions are needed, yes! but show me u care for me not Aspens deep pockets!!!
I have been going to Aspen Dental for years and today's visit surprised me as to how much they have changed throughout the years. Modern, professional but friendly staff. Excellent customer care, Explained what I needed done, so that I understood it. Great experience.
