Incredibly friendly and understanding. Explained everything very well, was happy to answer all my questions. I am also very thankful that they were able to work with me to set up a payment plan I can afford. Very competent doctors and staff. I trust them with my dental health journey.
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff and how thorough they were. The doctor actually listened to what I wanted and we had an honest discussion about the possible outcomes. The check out experience was easy, informative and again very specific to my needs. I am excited about my next visit and I have already recommended Aspen Dental to my friends 💕
The staff and dentists were great. Had a problem with online appointment setting, but they honored the appointment anyway and got us worked into the schedule pretty reasonably. Unfortunately being referred out for root canal - but looking forward to establishing our regular care with Aspen.
I called about a chipped tooth and they made an appointment for the next day, great right? I showed up for my appointment figuring it would be quick and easy due to having chipped teeth repaired before. This was not the case, I waited for 45 minutes to be brought back to the exam rooms. First was a panoramic x ray which I learned insurance may not cover and wasn't needed. From the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated so very nicely and with many smiles! It was nice being handed a tablet to do paperwork instead of having pen and paper to flip through. I did not have to wait long at all everything was done in a very timely fashion. They were more than helpful and always kept asking if there was more questions or anything they could help me with.
